RTC to Vote on Bike Lanes on 4th St.

Do you live, work, eat, drink or do anything on 4th St.? Have you ever been to the Reno Bike Project? Have you ever ridden a bike in Reno?

If you answered yes to any of those questions then you have a vested interest in the RTC Meeting on Thursday 6/14 at 12:30pm at the Reno City Hall. The RTC Board will be voting on the 4th St. plan which could finally put bicycle lanes on 4th St. from Keystone all the way to Vista Blvd in Sparks. This project would create a safe east/west artery for cyclists, improve economic conditions on 4th St and set a president for bike lanes in future street projects in the Truckee Meadows.

The meeting is in the middle of the day on a week day, but if you can come please do. Little by little we can make a difference for bicyclists and pedestrians in our community.
